Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and your schedule can change. I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give me enough time to fill the appointment slot with another patient who may be waiting for treatment.
If you fail to give me sufficient notice or fail to show up for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the appointment. However, if you provide me with more than 24 hours' notice of the cancellation or rescheduling, there will be no charge.
If you arrive over 15 minutes late you’re appointment will need to be rescheduled.
I value my patients and hope that you understand the need for this policy. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
