Facial Acupuncture.
Facial Acupuncture is the placement of needles to relax the muscles of the face. It stimulates the muscles which bring blood flow to the face giving the face a fresh and glowing appearance. The difference between botox and other facial injection procedures is that Facial Acupuncture addresses not only the signs of aging but the overall health of the skin. It works internally so it can also address additional issues like digestive, headache, grinding of teeth, jaw pain, sleep disturbances etc.
Depending on the client, it is best for the first 10 sessions to be completed once or twice a week. Then follow-up maintenance once every 4-6 weeks.
To ensure the best results, I recommend a 3-month gap between any recent Botox or filler treatments and cosmetic acupuncture. This waiting period allows each treatment to work optimally without unintended interference.

Dealing with Grief.
Grief comes in all shapes and sizes. It maybe a relationship, death of a family member, or a pet who you treasured. Loss effects us not only emotionally but physically. In Chinese Medicine the lungs holds grief. This is not a replacement for therapy but to bring awareness to the body and letting go.

General Acupuncture can be used to help many issues from back pain, menopause, inducing labour, painful periods, night sweats, excema, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, to name a few. Initial consulation 1hour

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and your schedule can change. I kindly ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give me enough time to fill the appointment slot with another patient who may be waiting for treatment.
If you fail to give me sufficient notice or fail to show up for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the appointment. However, if you provide me with more than 24 hours' notice of the cancellation or rescheduling, there will be no charge.
If you arrive over 15 minutes late you’re appointment will need to be rescheduled.
