What is Facial Cupping?
Facial cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique that was traditionally done using bamboo cups on the face. Facial cupping these days is the use of suction cups on the face. The skin is first oiled and the cups are kept moving as to not cause cupping marks. Glass or silicone cups are normally used.
Benefits of Facial Cupping?

How often can you use Facial Cupping?
There is no limit to how often but I would not recommend more than once a day. A least a couple of times a week would be ideal if you have the cups at home. More if you have a lot of facial tension.
Which is better gua sha or Facial Cupping?
They are both different TCM treatments, Gua Sha is great for working out tension in the facial muscles and lymphatic drainage, you can apply a deeper pressure with a Gua Sha tool and pinpoint a very specific are like between the eyes which might be harder to access with a facial cup.
Can Facial Cupping help sagging skin?
In my opinion not really, it can help plumb the tissue under the skin temporarily but if the skin is already stretched then cupping will not change than
