I booked an appointment with Yvonne because my anxiety was getting out of control. Like all of us, the last couple of years were emotionally difficult. After a long wait, my new puppy Poppy arrived. What should of been a wonderful experience became more difficult. I couldn’t enjoy leaving my house with her as I didn’t want her to get hurt or to deal with other people. After a few treatments with Yvonne and her suggestions. I began to relax more and feel reassured. My sleep got better, and I slowly got to enjoy my puppy and taking walks again.
